How do I watch/monitor Phones?

  1. After enabling SIPWATCH, the user should be able to see phones that are registered in the WATCHLIST tab.

    • Note: Users will be able to see information of all the phones connected like status, link being used (should show link3 if phone is in the overlay), etc.
  2. Click on the plus (+) sign to add the phone to the watchlist.
    • Make sure to have an email setup for alerts in the Portal.
  3. Click on SAVE&APPLY
