Meet Our Founder

Pat Saavedra

Founder & CTO

Pat Saavedra is a telecommunications industry pioneer with more than 25 years of experience in SD-WAN, software-defined networking, and business connectivity. As Founder and CTO of RabbitRun Technologies, he leads the company’s mission to make enterprise-grade connectivity, business continuity, and cybersecurity affordable and simple for small and mid-sized businesses.

Before founding RabbitRun, Pat founded TELoIP Inc. and served as its President and CTO, leading technology development, operations, and sales across North America. TELoIP later became Adaptiv Networks and was acquired by Scale Computing in 2026.

Pat is the inventor and author of 22 patents covering SD-WAN control and data planes, IP quality of service, firewalls, and software-defined networking technologies. Throughout his career, he has built innovative companies and developed technologies that have helped redefine network reliability, performance, and business continuity.

Chief Operating Officer

Christopher Chapin is an accomplished telecommunications leader with more than 25 years of experience in product strategy, technology, channel development, and managed services. As Chief Operating Officer of RabbitRun Technologies, Chris helps drive the company’s product innovation, channel growth, strategic partnerships, and operational execution.

With extensive experience serving both small businesses and large enterprise customers, Chris brings a strong understanding of how to build and scale successful telecommunications and managed service offerings.

Before joining RabbitRun, Chris played a pivotal role in growing Granite Telecommunications’ enterprise managed SD-WAN network services revenue from $2 million to more than $520 million, helping establish the company as one of the leading managed service providers in the United States.
